Palm Beach Pete Spends Years Trying to Prove He's Not Epstein. Or Does He?

On October 8, Palm Beach Pete, the man who has become famous for looking remarkably like Jeffrey Epstein, announced that he had returned from Israel after undergoing a brand-new DNA test at the allegedly world-renowned BioGenesis Laboratory in Tel Aviv.

He didn't post any flight tickets or travel pics.

One would think that posting some actual Israeli footage would be logical. So where is it?

biogenesissolutions.com was registered on October 8, 2026. Registrar is Wix, nameservers are Wix, and the registrant is in the US (California, with the usual Wix privacy address) and the website itself could surely win a "worst business website" award.

It's offering its services at 37 Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv which is confirmed as the address of the Ministry of Defense's public enquiries department.

It claims to accept only a limited number of wealthy clients annually - sure mate, being world-renowned and avoiding customers are now compatible business strategies.

The announcement attracted approximately 11 million views according to the screenshot of his X post.

Congratz!

This is actually not the first time Pete has pulled off a stunt like this.

On May 13, Pete announced that he had decided to undergo DNA testing on The Nicky Gordo Show. The announcement was itself promoted as an entertainment event, complete with the promise of an additional major revelation.

During his June 25 appearance on The Alex Jones Show, Pete discussed an alleged intervention by Florida election authorities. Officials had taken control of his DNA results and wanted him to abandon his mayoral ambitions, he said.

Jones raised the central scientific problem: how could the test establish that Pete wasn't Epstein without an authenticated sample from Epstein?

The birth of an internet celebrity

On March 12, 2026, a motorist filmed an older man driving a convertible on Interstate 95 in Florida. His resemblance to Jeffrey Epstein turned the footage into a viral sensation.

By March 20, TMZ was interviewing him, and Simel had appeared on The Nicky Gordo Show.

His X account, @not_jeffepstein joined in January 2022.

The Instagram account @real.palmbeach.pete, was created on March 19, 2026.

Who is Peter Simel?

According to contemporary reporting, Palm Beach Pete is Peter Bart Simel, approximately 71 years old, a former tennis player and retired commercial real-estate executive from New York.

A March 2014 report from Real Estate Weekly says he joined Colliers International as managing director. Before that, he had worked at Handler Real Estate Services and spent nine years as a vice president at CB Richard Ellis. The same report credits him with commercial-property transactions involving 590 Madison Avenue and the Steinway Building.

In 2015, Commercial Observer reported that Peter Simel and colleagues negotiated a lease for British luxury bed manufacturer Savoir at 223 East 59th Street in Manhattan. The publication quoted Simel discussing the deal.

A Colliers commercial-property brochure from around 2017 also identifies Peter B. Simel as a licensed real-estate salesperson, providing his company contact details.

On May 30, the Spanish news agency EFE was reporting that Pete had announced his intention to run for mayor of Palm Beach in 2028.

Jeffrey Epstein himself has discussed preparing an alternative identity in his emails.

The man who might reasonably wish to escape an association with a notorious convicted sex offender has built a recognisable public brand around precisely that association instead.

But perhaps we're asking the wrong question.

Is Pete Epstein or just an older guy who has discovered that looking like a dead billionaire is an excellent way to get invited to parties, enjoy free drinks, attract women and spend his retirement having a spectacular amount of fun at everybody else's expense?

Well played, Pete ;D
